My knowledge of the matter is limited. The 3"OD 90 is what I bought. About 0 appears to be the answer. I didn't measure the thickness of the wall, but it was 0.65 inches thick.
I weighed 190m
63 mm is equal to 5 inches in mm. Having 5mm on the outside, it is probably not large enough on the outside for you to use. A 63 mm diameter is a 2 inch diameter. There are 4803 inches in this measurement. My intent was to use it to make an intake for my buggy, so I purchased a UNI filter with a 2 inch opening that fits

The size and shape that I needed made this a great purchase, and the finish was nice. I used this as a mounting arm for a two way radio on a side by side. I made threaded end caps for each end and welded them on, and it worked perfectly. Only negative will be that the thickness of the wall for my application is, on the whole, a little thin, which makes it easy to damage. The use of the device would not have been an issue if it was used as intended. A photo of the actual part and another that shows it installed can be found below. I recommend this product highly.
A custom long-sleeve shirt was made in this way 50cc scooter with a tube intake. There will be some trimming to do, but this is a huge improvement over the cone or foam filter in intake air velocity / power. It took several steps to get to the top. I love you!.
It's a beautiful piece, and I love the colors. The material will be used to load wood into a home-made rocket stove.
I had to bend the pipe a little to connect the turbo to the I was able to trim the aluminum easily to the desired length and it looks good.
This is a very nice The smoke stack I built for my grand scale steam locomotive turned out quite well.
I trimmed it to size where necessary and the angle was accurate. Then I wrapped it in heat reflective tape and used it to make a section of my DIY intake. I am pleased with how it turned out.
My intake was rerouted into the cowl using this hose along with a silicone 4 to 3 90 degree reducer. Because I'm in no hurry to cut a hole in my fender for a snorkel, this is the next best rerouting of the intake from the fender well to allow me to cross water.
Besides the fact that it's aluminium and tubular, I like its shape and size. I had to snip it down to fit my application, but it's well worth it.
