With ours, the sensor resides in the middle of your stock hose, but is attached to the billet adapter. It is very simple There is a YouTube video that will show you the steps.
In the instructions it tells you how to relocate the wire, you just take it out of the plastic clips and relocate it to the top. Much simpler than you think!

The installation wasn't too hard, but the cost was a little high for what you get. During the installation of the silicone pipe, a crack developed. The warranty for the item is for 1 year, so I thought this would not pose a problem. My first step was to contact H&M Dallas responded almost immediately, and was asking for the crack's picture. As soon as I forwarded the picture, he replied quickly again and asked for my address so that he could "get some pipes!". My address was responded to, and I waited 3 weeks for a replacement pipe to be delivered. 3 weeks later, I followed up, and Dallas was now asking for $55 for the replacement pipe. I blamed myself. I called, and left a message, and even though it was cheaper than a new truck, I wanted the truck fixed. In addition to my voice message, I sent an email to follow up. There is nothing! A couple weeks later, I contacted them again and asked them to honor their initial agreement to supply a replacement pipe, and to this date have not received any communication. He and she product and has terrible customer service! I have to replace yet another CAC pipe (#4 in fact, as the factory pipe failed twice and the H&R pipe failed in addition. A S pipe) and WILL NOT BE AN H & R pipe It's time for S-Pipe! There is no reason to use this silicone pipe, because it will not last as long as the factory pipe!.
I had an easy time getting it on. I think it looks It may take a while for the bottom clamp to release itself, I had to loosen it until it almost came off and then pipe came right off. It really helped that I took my time loosening the clamp on both ends. As long as you follow instructions, there should be no problems.
I have had this product for a while now and it has been better than the stock Ford pipes that blew up after only 38k miles It is of high quality and is very easy to install. In addition, there are several YouTube videos that show how to put it together. It has been about a month since I got it, and I've had no problems with it so far.

If you want to replace a factory installed system, this product is well worth the cost. There is no product available today that I would recommend over this one. Taking only 1/2 hour to install, this product was easy to set up.

For those who want a proper replacement for the factory Ford Super Duty 6, this is a fantastic option. I love the 7L intercooler pipe! It adds a nice clean appearance and provides you with greater peace of mind since the factory tube is no longer vulnerable to failure.
This is an awesome product. In 2015, (f- It took me roughly an hour to install, and it was fairly straightforward. It has only been about five thousand miles since I purchased this product, so I am happy with it. In the future, I would buy this product.
However, I gave it two stars because it is a bit difficult to get one end in, but it can't be avoided. I would like it if it were a bit cheaper.
