In case you have a 4, it means you have a 2. With a 0 SOHC engine, you will need to buy two of these gauges, one for each tensioner Mine had not been installed from the factory and most of the videos I watched on replacing a timing chain and tensioner said to install these gauges Hope this helps. Seeing as they are no bigger than they are, they are relatively expensive.
