I don't remember if there were any, but there are plenty of YouTube videos that show exactly how to use it. My experience with the tool was that it made swapping handles very simple. The process of changing the handles took about 30 minutes for all four doors.

The handle can simply be slid back in the direction it came from, because that's the way it came from? Although the tool in this handle design overcomes this weakness, some vehicles still require removing the trim panel to get to the handle wires, or they may have an anti-theft shield installed that makes removal a little more difficult.

In the removal of the handle, it is useful, but it interferes with At the end of the day, you can simply remove the handle and install it. After I bought it for my first attempt at changing handles, I quickly learned how to do so.

It would have been helpful if I'd watched a video on how to use this tool before purchasing I am not sure how to make this work since you still need a hook or string to pull the spring forward before you use it. The spring was pulled into place by a string, then the new handles were slipped in, then the string was loosened. The process of changing all four handles on my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 took me 30 minutes. The tool is only $6, but it's completely.
