As you can see in the picture, what I got then was a speed control device, not a knife. I found something called a speed control listed separately so I'm not sure what you would receive if you ordered it that Thank you for your inquiry, but I'm unable to assist further.

It can only be set to a certain speed, but it does slow down the sewing machine, and I can breathe a little easier knowing that my grandkids are safer because of this device. I would have given this device a 5 star rating if I had more control over the speed instead of 4 stars.
It works great This is a wall and floor mount fan that will achieve max performance at high velocity. Now I can adjust the fan speed to a level where the breeze amounts barely to a sigh of relief. I love it!.
