Could this be a better alternative to the OEM part? Does it have something better or does it work as it does at the factory?

The OEM version is the same as the normal version. It's even down to the numbers they all stamped on them being the same, even the ones I ordered from Amazon and another from the dealer.

Pentastar 6 is the brand. I was pleased with these as a The three things I am thankful for. It was 97K miles when the infamous dreaded rocker broke on the 6 Pentastar. After putting these in and replacing my rockers with a bottle of assembly lube, my engine is smooth and quiet again. Rocker slap is a thing of the past! This is a highly recommended book. In the install itself, you only have to remove the plenum, so the installation is a bit lengthy. You don't have to worry about replacing the rockers once they're inside the valve covers! There are a lot of YouTube videos to guide you from beginning to end, so don't be afraid to do it yourself.
