In case your engine's threads are twisted - When studs are present, then this tool does not need to be used.

Using this tool, you can remove the old rocker arm studs with no problem at all. My attempt to use a stack of flat washers and nut method took too long, and I ended up stripping a grade 5 nut while doing so. During the process, there's no gouging of the threads on the studs due to the thrust bearing located inside the tool. Additionally, the stud threads do not have to completely fall off the old stud during the pulling process if they are already damaged. If you own this tool, you can easily pull a stud in two minutes or less. Highly recommended.
The design is pleasing to the eye, and the tool accomplishes what it was meant to accomplish. Not only are there no instructions for use included for the product, there is no information about the product on the seller's website either. To make sure the inner threaded shaft would not turn, I believe the shaft was supposed to be supported. Using a Crescent wrench, I couldn't hold it by hand, so I rotated the inside shaft until it wedged against the rocker screw. In my attempt to remove a rocker arm stud on a Small Block Chevy Vortec head, I managed to pull out one stud, but the nut and shaft threads were stripped and I had trouble separating the tool from the stud.
I liked it a lot.
When the 455 heads are used, the studs are easily removed. Ratchets of up to half an inch are best for this task.
The easy way to do it.
Up until the number 15 stud was not stripped out by it, it worked well. It works until then, but then stops working.
The product is made I was unable to get it to work the first time I tried.
I like it.
