An outer face of one ring had a dimple and the black coating had chipped off in the same location. The rings ordered were different from those ordered in the past under the same brand and part number. A set of my first order was broken, so I bought a new one. Original set was silver with no outer taper on the outer ring, while these are black with dual tapered top rings. There's a question in my mind whether or not they are Chrome moles. I don't know for sure, but I know they are different than the same brand/part number. It was delivered on time by the supplier.
The seat up almost immediately, which makes them perfect for a street engine rebuild.
