The two scraper wheels that I received are identical The metric rings for the GM vortec engines do not fit any of them. Did I put the wrong part in or was this meant to be a mistake?

The ring glands do not need to be severed as long as it does not excessively cut

It's a name that can be relied upon

Although the insulating material is made in China, not Iowa like the 40 year old insulating material, Lisle products are good and durable. The wheels have different thicknesses and two cutters. The piston grooves on motorcycles and chain saws are still too thick, so I have to grind them down to make them Apart from that, it seems to work just.

It is not possible to fit the smallest wheel on I have no problems using it. Since the smallest wheel does not fit the upper two ring grooves on a BMW, it cleans only the lowest groove and is not very effective at it. You can get the same results with a 50 cent pick.

This tool is cheaply built

I expected more for a brand like this. The carbide die broke while cleaning out carbon from the My guess is that it was cheap at least.

It is well worth the money

It was a good tool to use while rebuilding a high mileage motor because it cleaned the ring grooves, which was a good sign that the impeller was in good shape.

It does not come with a bit as small as the top ring of a 4cyl Honda motor. This worked fine, though I did not find a bit that was small enough for a D15 Honda piston top ring seat.
