Those are the screws you need for adjusting! A schematic showing factory pivots could be inaccurate it is based on the factory's fixed pivots

In reality, what we are looking at is the screws that aim to replace the fixed pivots and allow the headlights to be adjusted.

My car was installed with JW Speaker headlights, and this was the perfect add-on

When I upgraded to L headlights on my JK Wrangler, I needed this adjuster to allow the headlights to be horizontally adjusted. My installation of JW Speakers headlights was incomplete without this addition to finish it.
