Have any of you used this while your boat was still in a salt water I seem to be able to put this on easier than conventional muffs with the hose behind them. ?

While I don't have a slip, I have used the muffs and this unit together in the past. The one in this picture is quite a bit better since it puts water directly into the engine without having to hold it. This may not be the best job for your engine, but if you can get it out of the water than you'll be in good shape

Can this be used with a 15 HP outboard without removing the propeller?

I had used it on my Honda 15 HP.

To use this flusher, do you have to remove the prop?

No, you don't have to take the prop out. By attaching them away from the prop, the muffs can be attached from the backside.

Do you have any experience using this on a large force outboard such as a 125hp?

In our testing we used it on an outdrive for a 310 horsepower i/o engine, and everything worked

Combining this with the nose cone of the Mercruiser gave me the perfect combination of power and speed. In the past, I've had trouble with it wanting to draw in water or it wanting to move forward. But this and the nose cone have fixed that. Is it the needle that is the best part? By using the outdrive, you won't have to worry about your water falling off if you turn it up too.

This is what I use on my 2017 Chaparral H2O. Since I've been using this for over a year, I can say it works great. It works perfectly on my 2017 Chaparral H2O 21 with four wheels. A Mercruiser 3 liter with Alpha 1 outdrive is powering this boat.
