This is what I put on my '93 Cummins 1st gen. When I called other bypass companies, they said they couldn't do it for first-generation cars and couldn't explain why. Because the cab is so close to where the plate goes, I now know. The 90 that came out of the plate was almost too big, so I had to turn it down at just the right angle to avoid hitting the cab. The difficult part was yet to come. The bolts were the most difficult part; I wish they had used regular hex head bolts instead of allen; I couldn't get it even after cutting and bending a 10 allen wrench. To get enough room to turn the engine, I had to pry it down with a wrench/allen head combo. br>The product is great, no complaints. I know on the 2nd gen and up, there's a lot more room to get the plate on, so if you have a gen 1, I would request or go out and buy bolts before even trying. Aside from that, the machining is flawless; I believe they are from Tennessee, and it shows; American craftsmanship and perfect tolerances; can't beat it; I highly recommend and would purchase from them again. I just put it to the test and there were no leaks at all.
