Product is excellent, and the videos are extremely helpful

Take your time; it was a perfect fit for my 2011 Civic EX. Motor mornings are never "easy" to install, but patience is required, as is the use of a good floor jack. The use of a swivel socket can be beneficial. Take your time and double-check that the mounting bolts are not cross-threaded. I found a couple of online videos that were very helpful in explaining how to install the jack and where to find a few bolts (to remove the old brackets). The car now drives as if it had never been driven before.
