The pan will be very low if you mount anywhere close to the stock location, as truck oil pans are massive. I upgraded to an F body pan and pickup, which was well worth the money.
On your application, I'd probably go with solid mounts; the adapters are well-made, but if the fasteners come loose, the adapter bracket could rip out. br>I'm not sure if ICT billet has solid mounts for LS swaps, but dirty dingo does, and they're also available on Amazon.

Despite the fact that I had to modify the frame's base brackets, I was able to adjust rearward or forward and clear my oil pan without having to purchase a custom oil pan. Design merits a standing ovation.
These are fantastic, and they're a lot less expensive than the alternatives. A 72 c10 was fitted with an lm7. Only the mounts (not these brackets) must be modified, and only if your engine block has low mount AC bosses on the passenger side. note: br>br>note: br>br>note: br>br>note: I had to use the last set of holes (all the way backward) to install the ls in its original location.
They appear to be of excellent quality. They are a good match. The only issue would be if you wanted to keep the ac running on the ls motor. These will not work with the factory ac pump, and one of the ac bracket mounts must be ground down or the sbc mount will not bolt on. This was not a problem for me, but it could be for someone else.
This product does exactly what it claims to do. This is a godsend for an LS conversion at this price. I used it to replace the 5. 9L GMC Yukon GT with a 1997 GMC Yukon GT. a score of seven to six 0 Denali engine from 2004.
It's ideal for an easy LS swap. Mounting to the block is done with flush head screws, and mounting to the damper is done with cap screws. Quality. Easy.
These are great, but they don't fit in the stock AC bracket. If you're swapping from a 350 to an LS and don't want to weld in a new mount, these will suffice. Just keep in mind that if you use AC, you may need to adjust your brackets.
Although the quality of the construction appears to be satisfactory, I did not use them. Some factory GM clamshells will necessitate shaving the mount to remove the slight hump in the back. They wouldn't work with these adapters - The results may vary depending on your circumstances.
