Grounding a circuit can be accomplished with any ground strap. The only thing that matters is whether or not the strap is long enough and whether or not the bolt will fit through the hole.
Yes, there is ground static, but it is unlikely that you will get better reception. The reception of your antenna is a function of its grounding, so making sure it's properly grounded can help.
I'm not sure how big it is, but it's about the width of an adult index finger.

It's a piece of clothing with a strap on it. To be used as a base. It's perfect for the purpose for which it was created. I'm not sure if it's "professional" or not because I haven't looked at its resume, but it does a good job and hasn't given me any complaints.
I bought three of these for my 1990 Nissan 300zx with a LSA supercharged LS3 engine. I slapped one on batter to frame, head to frame, and block to frame because I know how finicky these LS harnesses can be with grounds.
I've added a few more grounds for the car, all of which are well-made. I've just placed an order for a second one to ground the other half of the engine. Most cars should be able to use it! Bolts with a diameter of 14mm are used on both ends! With 13mm, you'll be fine. The car jumps right into action!.
It worked perfectly; the length is 20 inches, hence the part number EGS20. (20" Ground Strap for Engine).
For the past month, the S instrument cluster has been erratic; As soon as I turn on the headlights, my temperature and pressure gauges reach their maximum levels. It was causing me to lose my mind! After cleaning and applying electric gel to all contacts, I installed this today to ground the instrument cluster, and it works perfectly! I couldn't believe it when I learned that a simple ground cable could solve my problem. There's also no need to worry about touching other wires because the cable is already insulated. When I drive now, I'd be happier and less stressed. Thank you, ACDelco. Amazon.
I used this as a ground strap for my cb antenna, and it worked perfectly, providing a solid ground and excellent SWR readings.
This is exactly what I needed to ground my Kenworth's cb antenna.
If you're having issues with your vehicle's lighting, such as your headlights pulsing, it's likely due to a ground issue. Make sure the area is clean before installing this ground strap.
