Bump. Plastic rivets to bolts can be replaced with this method.

Is it possible to install the fender on a 2004 Jeep Liberty?

Idk. 2004 is supposed to be the year of the plastic river, and you can try these steel bolts, which are 1/4" in diameter.

Is it possible to apply this to a 1999 Ford F-150? Fender for a 350?

Yes. They'll be fine; I bought them to mound steps.

The photo descriptions for this item could be better

I wasn't expecting anything like this. You had to guess due to the lack of clip specs. The rating is based on how helpful the photo descriptions were in determining whether or not the item would fit. I needed these to fit a Toyota 4Runner's front valance, but as you can see, these clips are too long. Money that could have been better spent. Take a look at the photos to see how big the bolt is. UHL black (whatever that means) is 1/8" long and 1/4" wide.

It did a great job replacing the panel

These were perfect for replacing a panel under our Prius's nose. Just make sure you want the clips on before you put them on - they're difficult to take off. To them, it's like a fish hook. Bolts were slightly longer than required, but this did not pose a problem. Bolts are measured in millimeters rather than inches.

My 2005 Ford F150's fog light had a broken clip, and this product worked perfectly to replace it. They're a lot bigger and sturdier than the stock bolts. Because the bolts are thicker, I'm sure they'll last longer than the factory ones.
