Wow, twin turbos! That's going to be a high boost pressure setup. You might want to replace the head studs with the next step up. I can't recall the part number but they cost a lot more than a grand. I have a 96 that gets 27 miles per gallon on the highway.

A unique head stud that leads the industry in performance. Throughout the years, I have installed a number of ARP stud sets on different vehicles. As a result of the clamping torque and high quality alloys, there is no further concern about head gasket leaks or bolt stretch in high power Engines with ARP can be built more efficiently and with greater power.
Those who say no say no. The strategy seems to be working at the moment. It is advised not to torque the screws. My plan is to contact them to see if I can get at least a torque reading, since I am used to torquing bags a bit more after a thousand or so miles.
I do not have any complaints about this quality.
