They are in America, I called them. Directions are a waste of time. They are in America, I called them. For the springs to sit on, it comes with new spring seats that go on first. You should put the nut in the middle. There is a stud that is 50" below the surface. Power at the bottom of the stack is three times as strong. There is still the same level of power putting the plate back into position at the top end. The increase is immediate and I love it.
