This was bought to replace the rear sensor on a 2011 Equinox. The brake caliper, pads rotor, and inner drum brake pads must all be removed before this part can be replaced. Yes, each wheel should have its own set of pads! Crazy! This is documented in a YouTube video. br>Quality is comparable to that of OEM. br>When it comes to replacement parts, I always go with GM.
Fits my 2012 Chevrolet Equinox perfectly. It was easy to put on for my boyfriend. The ABS and traction control warning lights turned off and haven't turned back on since. I would strongly suggest it!.
After removing the wheel and brake rotor, which required a lot of pounding and PB Blaster, I was able to reach the location just behind the front parking brake shoe. Everything works as it did before after I installed the product.
The right rear of a 2011 Equinox worked its way deep in there, though!.
This is a genuine OEM Wheel Speed Sensor replacement. As expected, it functions properly. I'm hoping it will outlast the original.
The product is excellent; however, I was able to find one at a lower cost.
