It will not work like that, sir!
My trouble is that I do not know the difference between a and b The correct piston depends on the rod and the number on the rod

Perfomance that is below par. The bearings on the piston on my motor failed and the pin on the jug was damaged, so I bought this to replace it. Although it still ran excellently and had tons of power, it was still in great shape. It is 66cc and has been 4 years old. As a result of the piston slipping, the jug had a horizontal score. In any case. As a substitute, I would like to use A new piston and ring set. It seems that the motor is no longer powered. In the past, I could accelerate even when going As a result, it became a 49 cc. In order to get my power back, I will turn on my original jug. Although the scored jug gave me more power, I still possessed more speed. The motor still runs, but it is not as good as mine. It may be that the ports are not as good or that.
I left the seller a bit of a negative feedback on this cylinder since it was looking pretty After cleaning the ports a bit, I put the old cylinder back on and added the new cylinder lining and, well, behold, this thing fired up immediately and seems to have at least 50% more power than when it was new. This product scored four stars instead of five thanks to an ugly appearance, a broken clutch gasket, and a total lack of.
The fin on the cylinder jug was bent and split on both sides. There was a crack in this. My fingers barely managed to remove it from its packaging before it fell off. I was just going to use it to get by because my kid needs it for work and that I needed it to get by The piston and the cylinder bore were not the same size. The piston bore was much smaller than the cylinder bore. This jug was poorly cast in its entirety.
Delivered product was received without issue. I am thankful. A secure packaging of this kit would have kept it from being damaged. Due to the lack of plating, I had to hone and polish the cylinder many times. As the head mating surface had sand pits, I had to machine it down to an acceptable limit, but still was required to use (2) head gaskets for proper chamber and piston A port had to be ported on both the intake and exhaust. The "sand pits" and flat plane mating required them to be machined as well. In the new piston, the "PIN BORE" location was placed six millimeters off from the original location. The length is 2 meters. Using the previous piston with new pin and rings allowed me to reposition it vertically, which would have caused the stroke to be prolonged. The assembly went smoothly, but I was concerned by the quality of the (2) head gaskets that were A check-ride of the motor resulted in good results as far as performance is concerned. There are no problems with the connection between the head and port. Despite the outstanding and stable acceleration, nothing was slowed down. Engines like to run at high speeds, but NOT at low Apart from that, everything seems fine. It is okay to keep your OLD piston for as long as it is still in good condition. You can also use it for comparing its dimensions with the NEW piston.
Well, it's in great condition, a nice replacement piston and cylinder. As a result, I'm not taking off stars for that, because it's my fault for not paying attention, but if you are going to buy this and you are running any type of manifold bigger than a 32mm one, you will need to get one! Additionally, if you don't already have one you will need a carb that fits that manifold intake if you don't already have one. It's a good thing I consulted the size chart too, as I also bought a new head that calls for 10mm spark plugs so I was also confused there too!.
The piston was better than one I bought from a different supplier, the pins that keep rings from turning had the correct arrow, but there was that one small problem that needed to be corrected As far as I could tell, the end gaps should be on the exhaust side. The cylinder had two very tiny spots that honing didn't catch in the nickel plate, however overall it was very well plated. Plus, I received They are a company I would buy from again and again because their parts were better than I.
There is damage in the exhaust port. The molding job was poor. There is a possibility that the head will leak because it's scratched. There is a damaged and broken gasket in every single one. I'll see about a refund, but I guess you get what you paid.
