Can be used on models that have one or two coolant temperature sensors. Sensor, Gasket, O-ring, Thermostat, Connector Housing, and Thermostat Housing were all part of the thermostat housing assembly.
An OE Supplier made it with OEM-quality materials and followed all safety regulations. Even the most rigorous automotive cooling systems are no match for this product. OEM specifications and processes were used to create this product. The copper case and wax compound ensure that the coolant reacts quickly to temperature changes. Where applicable, OEM style seals, offset design, and air relief valve are included.
OUR R&D team uses a 3D scanner, PRO/E, and AutoCAD to develop new products, and each injection molding goes through a rigorous process to ensure it meets OE standards. We understand how important thermostat performance is. To ensure that our product is reliable and has a long service life, we perform function tests on thermostats, keep the stroke, open temperature, and durability tests at 10,000 cycles.

The thermostat housing is good, but the thermostat should be replaced with a motorcraft
4/5

My 2008 Ford Explorer has had it for almost two years. 0 l . The installed thermostat had a poor design, allowing the little brass pin to stick under the lip and hold the thermostat open, causing the check engine light to illuminate, indicating that the thermostat needed to be checked. There were no issues after I replaced the thermostat with a Motorcraft. The supplied coolant temperature sensor worked fine; simply plug the extra hole with your old sensor. For the price, it appears to be a high-quality part.

It has the same feel and appearance as original equipment
5/5

I'm happy to report that it exceeded all of my expectations. I was informed that I would have to re-apply. Because there is an extra hole, I'm going to use my old temperature sensor. However, it arrived sealed and plugged, and it appeared to be identical to the OEM I had removed. It includes a Square o- Temp sensor, T-shaped ring at block mount, T-shaped ring at block mount, T-shaped ring at block mount outlet for hose attachment (installed) and stat (installed). Fast-N- It is simple to set up.

It has the same appearance as the original, but it is communist Chinese garbage
3/5

The replacement is identical to the original in terms of appearance and fit. The material is a little thinner than it was before. Only time will tell whether it stands the test of time. UPDATE. Initially, I gave it a four-star rating. a rating of five stars The unit, however, began to leak after only one week of use. BAD! This piece of communist Chinese garbage is not something I can recommend.

The unit works for a short period of time - You might want to consider upgrading to a higher-end model! My 2009 Ford Explorer had a leaking unit, so I bought this to replace it
3/5

It only lasted about a year before the check engine light came on, indicating a thermostat problem. I took the vehicle to a mechanic, who informed me that the unit was of poor quality because the thermostat did not allow the vehicle to heat up sufficiently. He's going to replace it with a better one. br>br>If the above information is still acceptable to you, the unit is very simple to install and corrected the leak I had with the OEM unit. I didn't even make it a year before this unit's check engine light came on!.

There is only one hole for a sensor
3/5

The product photos show an opening for a second sensor, and the description states that if you don't have a second sensor, you can use your old plug. My Ranger 4 (2002 model) Although the 0 has two sensors, the second hole was completely plugged in this housing. Unfortunately, I had already dismantled the vehicle when I realized this. I intend to return.

My 2006 Ford Explorer 4 was a perfect fit for it
4/5

0L SOCH. It is recommended that the thermostat head be removed before installing the thermostat housing to avoid further disassembly of the electrical and cooling water connections. The thread on the three bolts provided, however, was damaged and they could not be used because they were not of the same quality as the original bolts. Instead, I used the thermostat housing's three original bolts, and the problem was solved.

Spend the additional funds
3/5

I bought this for my 2005 Explorer, which has been sitting for a while and requires other repairs, so I went for the cheapest option. The unit had a leak and had to be taken apart, reassembled, and reinstalled. sealed. If this is your daily driver, spend the extra money on something better.

It's fantastic! On my 2002 Ford Explorer 4, this part was a drop-in replacement
5/5

a V6 engine with a displacement of 0 liters The sensor could be in two places, and the new one was on the opposite side of the old one, but the connector fit perfectly and worked perfectly. After watching a youtube video, Tube video of someone removing the old one and replacing it, which took about 15 to 20 minutes.
