There is no way of knowing if it fits my 06 Dodge
It seems to fit based on the research I did. If you want to mount the heater in the factory position, follow the cord back to where the heater is located.
Since it is a resistive load and a 750-watt heater, I believe the AC power factor is 1 for this load. At 120 Volts (US), that equates to a little less than 7 amps.
I've had mine for a while, and I'm very happy with it! In addition, I wrapped it with flexable wire, zip tied it in place and left the plug hanging from the tow hook up front. Cummings at 5' and 2500 measures

During an oil change, you should check the probe located to the left of the oil filter. You can access the probe by removing the air intake tube above the wheel well or from beneath. Ram 2018 is compatible with this part. There is cold weather here in WA, where I live. There is no reason why Ram has got a block heater but no cord. The dealer price is about $100 and this heater fits perfectly and only takes a few Here are a few youtube videos that will give you some It took me just a few moments to remove the air inlet from my turbo and tighten. Just a couple zip ties to keep it out of harm's way and you're good to go. I use it mainly for those quick starts since Cummins like cold much more than Duramax is. It's not a necessity but still good for.
It is possible to get a 7L engine at minimal cost even in the dead of winter. I received this item in pristine condition from the retailer within 48 hours, brand new and in perfect condition. Anyone who is suffering from a cold should take these medications The Dodge RAM with Cummins engine comes with a weather package.
All Cummins 6 engines are related. (Our 7L Diesel Engines come from the factory with a cold weather immersion heater You may not order this item unless you have specifically ordered it for RAM If it hadn't been for a technical glitch, it may not have been possible. A heater plug like this will connect to the factor immersion heater and keep the engine block warm when the temperature falls below 40 degrees. It is fairly easy to install and can be done with a basic set of tools, familiarity with what components are located on your Dodge Ram truck and some basic knowledge regarding the location of components. * The factory window sticker (MSRP) shows the cold-weather price A 95 dollar add-on to the weather package is also available. It is likely that they will charge one hour to install, plus the cost of a power cord if it is added after the sale.
It wasn't until I started researching my 2014 2500 Ram that I learned that an engine heater already existed in the block. It was only a plug that I needed. Thanks! It works like a charm! It is no longer a problem when it is cold outside and my truck is plugged in, it will turn on right away. You won't need to warm up before starting or perform a hard start.
I found it to be easy to use and much cheaper than getting it through Exactly what you need to replace it.
The fit and work are also just as good. Clips made of plastic are not allowed.
It's great. I have not used it yet, but I think it's great.
Due to the fact that it is part of the fleet guard line, it seemed appropriate. works, but I found it hard to install because of the curved end. Buying OEM would be my first choice if I had to do it again.
