There is foam in the unit, but the flow restrictor goes in the heater hose and is not included, but I think it's a lovely-looking unit overall

There are no signs of rust on the heater core, so it appears to be a quality part. *Note You can find some great videos on YouTube showing you how to do this task, but from my own experiences in the fox, I can assure you that it is not easy. It would be more convenient for me to swap engines. If it fails before the scheduled time, I will update you.
