Received a remanufactured item instead of the new one I had ordered

The item appears to be remanufactured when the order was placed for a New item. However, I have not used it much yet so I can't say for sure how it works.

I had no problems with the climate control, but I had a problem with the lighting on the right

Although the climate control works, the right side of the room is black and the lights are yellow instead of There is no Chrysler 300c in which it came from.
