If this is the part I've got to replace, can you give me some information. Although two contrasting control slides are set to cold, it blows cold on one side and hot on the other?

In short, yes. Make sure your climate control unit is replaced. It is malfunctioning in your climate control system. Connecting your climate control to a wire harness that plugs in only one way is not feasible.

Would this be what i need to replace if I cannot get 1,2,3 and 5 to work?

Thanks for the reply Brad. The reason why I replaced the control module was that I had a lighting issue with the back lights being burned A replacement module would be cheaper than trying to replace all the bulbs, which would have also been labor-intensive. I did have a problem with my blower, but I only had problem #4. It turned out that the wire harness that plugs into the blower resister had a burned connection, which was the #4 wire. I changed the plug and it now works fine. YouTube helped me a lot with this problem.

The air conditioner does not blow on the driver's side, nor on the passenger's side either. Do I need a new control module?

You should change your resistor pack first. The resistor pack is typically the first device to fail, so changing it is more cost-effective. The AC fan fuse needs to be checked as well.

Even though I was certain my order was a new one, I installed it anyway since I was sure it would be new. My lights were working well (which is why I was replacing them), so I reassembled my dash. It's so silly of My wife and I went to get food a short time later. My wife said, "Hey, it's a little cold, I live in Alaska. " as I was driving. I went to change the vents and it would only blow either to the defrost or to the vents directly in front of you, not to the ground at all, no matter what position I set it to! On a whim, I pushed the thermostat all the way to the cold setting and YES, it went from cold to hot. Once I returned home, I replaced the defective item with my old one and informed Amazon that I would be returning it. It was so easy to return it to Amazon! That was one bright spot in the entire experience!.

The company will not be buying from them The system fails easily or does not work The program even went through a programming stage, but it still wouldn't work. I used to have a unit that worked great, but all the lights were I have now tried two of these methods and some of them seem to work, while others do not. There is only heat in the passenger side of the vehicle in warm weather, which is bad. I am pleased to report that all of the lights are working.
