Questions & Answers

I have a 2011 Cadillac DTS. The heat was blowing hot air on low control, but now the heat still blows cool air when the heat is turned up. Could this be a problem with the resistor?

It controls only the power flowing to the motor of your fan (blower), not the When you choose heat or air conditioning, air is taken across the "hot" engine coolant one (evaporator) and the "cold" freon filled one (evaporator) under the dash. you have a fan blowing air through vents, it is either a stuck diverter door or you have a bad or clogged heater core.

It is part 15141283, but my part has 6x4 poles (24), but the one in the photo has 8x6 poles Can they both be said to be ?

I think so. There is a "new version" of the car, I just ordered it from the dealership. Also noticeable is a switch away from the 6x4 poles, and the connector pins have changed from 7 to 5 (one center pin). This doesn't require replacement of the harness as the new design will work the same way. Before you begin, check the blower motor to make sure it is still working! Might save you a lot of

What is the difference between this part ?

What type of control module appears to be in my 2011 Enclave? It looks different, but it has the same plugs. Can I install this directly?

There is a resistor similar to this one in almost all There is a chance it will work as long as the connection and also the blower housing are the right size. I am no mechanic but my blower

The Yukon Denali XL has been discontinued

There is a different pin configuration on Amazon's device, but it should fit. I received 13598090 that has two fewer pins and the correct part number is 15141283. The functions have not yet been tested, but it appears to be working at the moment.

I made the mistake of replacing only the motor, only to realize it was this part

I had a three prong and this one has two
5/5

I am amazed!
2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 Vmax 6. I had a three-prong plug, and this one has a one-prong plug and it works perfectly. The ac lines were cold, the blower and controls didn't work, so this fixed that. Also, the system always had surging air flowing, which stopped with this fix as well.

We were able to fix our "no air" problem with ease after installing
5/5

We purchased this to replace the front vents in our 2007 Yukon Denali XL because no air was coming from them. The issue was fixed within less than 10 minutes after the component was replaced.

You get five thumbs up for this! There's no way that auto parts store will charge me this much It took me some time to figure out it was the blower itself, and I initially thought it was the unit The reasons I ordered this are that many people have experienced the same issue with this product
5/5

The portion that needed to be replaced took a little more than five minutes, and the problem was solved.
