As I rotated and fit the four-section tip on the tube, I was able to fit it to the orifice hole and secure However, getting it out proved to be more challenging. In order to pull out the orifice tube from the tool, there was no way to latch onto it. Having tried to extract the orifice tube for half an hour and been unable to, I gave up on it. I grabbed baling wire and made a small, tight "u" about 1/16 inch in height and then started fishing. I was able to remove the orifice tube after 20 seconds. In conclusion, detaching the tube could not have been so simple if a pliers had not been used as a first step. Rotating the orifice tube would have helped a great deal. Overall, I would expect Mastercool to produce a more practical product than something that is only suitable for rotating orifice tubes. Would it be necessary to provide a tip on GM products as well? There might be a problem with the current tip for extracting if they did, so someone there needs to take a look at this.

In my 1996 Buick Roadmaster, this tool unfortunately did not fit the tube filter orifice. With a pair of needle nose pliers, remove the tube from the camera. Slide the pliers into the tube and pull it out without a problem using the tube. I really did not need the tool at all. Btw, just a little bit of information A cheap material seems to have been used to make the tool.

It can be difficult to remove an orifice tube that is stuck tight, as I would strongly encourage you not to waste your money on this flimsy tool if your tube is stuck tight like mine was

I can see how it would be useful on a non-PC The tube appears to be seized, but so do a pair of needles. Pliers with a long nose. This is a lightweight, low-cost tool with no purpose.

In my opinion, this tool is a much better alternative than trying to remove the orifice filter in an improvised manner. That way, I was able to remove it in its entirety. The threads of this tool are in perfect condition it is not a cheaply made item. The price is not as low as.
