This is a good aftermarket substitute

It's the exact same fit as the original. The same exact part that is sold at the auto parts store (part numbers were compared and they were identical). It's cheaper online than in the store, and you'll save time by not having to go to the store. There were no fitment issues, and it came with the necessary o-rings. It is necessary to wear rings. I've had the part on for a few months and haven't experienced any weld leaks.

For the 2003 S10 4, it didn't fit

My 2003 S10 4's charging coupler would not latch on because of the low side service port. 3 2wd. It was a waste of money.

This appears to be the case. It went in without a hitch. It appears to be performing its function. I'm not sure how much desiccant is in it (which is the most important part). Unfortunately, it is adorned with a large "Made in China" sticker.
