It is currently installed so I am unable to report the length exactly. I did find that it fitted perfectly between the transmission and the speedometer on my 1986 Camaro if that helps

Oddly, my 89 Camaro IROC looks like this The Z had a two-piece cable that was unusual for an earlier model with a non-SIlicon cable With Cruise Control, you can cruise at your own pace. It appears that someone used an unsuitable lube because the needle of the speedometer bounced. Winter is a very harsh time for the human body. By switching between these two frequencies, the ECM is sending an erratic signal. I think this fix was the best deal for the money. It is far faster and easier to do this than to attempt to manually remove the old cable just to try and thoroughly remove the old, thick garbage from the old housing. The part was a perfect fit and worked well. You should be worried about the 90 degree bend in the original cable if you get to the transmission end. Here is just a bend in an aluminum half sleeve The cable was attached to mine after I had removed mine. This is a good idea, but it isn't.
