Be sure the cable is B&M standard. I was expecting this to come with the B & T This shifter has M gears. It is impossible to use the stock thinner cables because they bind and fray easily. There is a noticeable difference in thickness and smoothness between this model and the original. The upgrade and money spent were well worth it. The only thing I wish was that I didn't have to do the installation twice! It doesn't give me email notifications You will have to use your current shifter as it has a clip to mount to it. As well as the new rubber seals and nuts, it also came with new retaining screws.
