professional line Simply spend a few extra dollars and get what your vehicle originally came with. Bargain shop for tvs, food, and pizza, not car parts that you save $20 on but have to replace twice as often or are completely unsatisfied with. I bought the OE AC Delco Professional rear drum hat for both the left and right sides, as well as the OE AC Delco Professional front disc for both the left and right sides, as well as the OE AC Delco Professional ceramic pads and the AC Delco OE emergency brake shoes (which came in a two-piece kit with all hardware). The rotors were coated according to the specifications, and they were true and accurate. They came with all of the necessary clips and hardware. There was no core charge or return fee and they were 75% less than local auto stores that want you to buy their brand and charge for cores. I'm not sure I'll ever buy another car from a local dealership. This was a fantastic purchase, and I'm thrilled with how the installation turned out. If you're new to this and need to replace the front brakes on your suburban, you'll need a T55 (torex 55 bit). I'll buy another one in another 100k miles.
Please don't sneer at this. I only wore the shoes, however. My old buy spry Escalade appeared to have already undergone a rebuild. After watching a video, I found the process to be fairly simple. The keepers didn't even have to be removed. The Old Man now spins at 1400 RPM after I slid the shoe up underneath them with ease. This is significant given that it is a v8 six liter engine.

This brake kit is fantastic. This kit is extremely comprehensive, including all of the tiniest screws, pins, and plates, as well as everything else required to replace rear parking brakes. For a 2002 Tahoe, this part will work. It was relatively simple to set up. It comes with instructions, but they are fairly simple. I always trust Acdelco parts, and this is yet another happy purchase.
