There are several things to consider before buying As a result, this part does not match the OEM geometry and may be dangerous

This cable hook is much shallower and less curved than the OEM part (as noted in the previous review). With the brake pads worn down and the brake cable having to travel further, there is a legitimate risk of the cable end slipping off completely and releasing the parking Due to the fact that it appears the toggle/hook is a stamped metal part, there is no excuse for this not matching OEM geometry and speaks to Dorman's product quality.

The two-wheel drive Titan '06 was a perfect match for this set. A Dorman HW17401 Parking Brake Hardware Kit and Wagner Z868 Parking Brake Shoe that I purchased on Amazon were used with this product. They both performed perfectly as a set. I. . . * I. . . * I.

It was installed on my Titan 2012 as part of the assembly. It was a pain to install them, but they work well and the maintenance I had to do this summer was to replace my parking brake shoes and springs, which usually disintegrate in.

You'll no longer be able to hang the cable

When the parking brake cable attaches to the ear, it does not have the right angle, and as a result, the cable detaches. This is clearly a step up from the OEM ones I had. Unfortunately, these could not be used.

The product is of great quality. It comes in a box with the pair. The emergency brake components make the installation difficult, not because of the brand but because it is a little hard to do.
