On March 15, 2019, the manufacturer already responded to this question. Look at the question. the ad's "answers" section They should work on 1/32" wire, based on my experience with them (I used them on choke wire). throttle cables (approximately 1 meter in length) 052" is a larger number. They did a fantastic job.
This is not going to happen. Purchasing a throttle cable is highly recommended. It'll be a mess if your cable gets clogged at full throttle. Please make sure you're using the correct cable. They're also inexpensive, costing less than ten dollars.

I went to Menards, Tractor Supply, Ace Hardware, and other stores, but none of them had them. I suppose we live in a throw-away society; the days of a quick fix and you're good to go are long gone. Thank you for keeping parts like this in stock for us "old school" guys!.

Q has an error in the cable size dimension. There is a section. I'm using a 1/16 cable, and two of the stops are too small; the largest stop can handle 1/16. Some parts are also missing, or, to be more precise, the incorrect parts have been included. I ordered two of them, and both came with a small barrel pin instead of a small stop! One thing to keep in mind is that these stops aren't filled in the bottom, which means the screw will stop in the middle, pinching the cable. The bottom, like the top and hallow, is threaded. However, they are reasonably priced (perhaps because of these factors).
The holes were too small for bicycle cable to fit through, so they had to be drilled out. In addition, the casing, particularly the smaller ones, are extremely fragile. They will not withstand a light clamping force or clamping pliers after drilling the cable, but you should use threadlocker because the screw may come out due to poor quality. Not sure how long it will last.
I was able to get it to work. The price is hard to beat, and it's simple, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have a custom bike, and the throttle cable was longer than any story could ever persuade you of. After a while, I'll have to fix it. Installing a cable that you won't be able to replace while on the road. This is a terrible plan. There was something wrong with all of the HD cables. Because they were too short, I bought these, cut the cable housing and cable to length, and installed one of these (medium aize). I made a few changes, such as drilling one side of the entrance hole to make it funnel-shaped. guide, because I'll be using it again at 22: 00 miles outside of Green River, Utah, or some other location. It appears to be working for me. I have a spare cable that is the right length, and I soldered the end to contain the strands and make on-the-go replacement a breeze; plus, I believe it holds up better. It was difficult to get it to stick until I used acid paste; only a small amount of solder should be visible, if at all, and solder before cutting. You were aware of this, however. For me, this is working well, and the quality is excellent. I also keep one with me for my riding companions. It beats whittling and electrical tape (I've been riding for a long time).
The first impression is that these haven't been properly cleaned or deburred. The threads had small chips in them, and there were minor burrs just inside the barrels. Fortunately, I had the necessary tools (tapes, files, etc. ) to clean them up. br>br>The throttle cables on my VN750 (motorcycle) were fraying at the barrel, and the OEM replacements aren't cheap. A cable costs around $40. The smaller barrels fit in my throttle tube and carburetor, but not with the screws fully threaded, so I got these in the hopes of putting together my own cables with some stainless steel cables I already had, ready to cut to size. That wouldn't hold a cable in place without shearing the barrel threads. As these are brass, I soldered my cables into the barrels instead. Filling the barrels required 60/40 solder and a lot of flux. They should be able to support at least 40 pounds on each end, so they're quite sturdy. Unless you have several inches of clearance between your cable anchor points, I would not recommend using this product. Maybe these would be better if they had allen- set screws with heads to thread 2/3 of the way into the barrels It's far better to keep a pair of spare cables tucked away in your motorcycle (or possibly attached to the bottom of a bicycle seat) than to rely on them in an emergency. For any future custom made cables, I'd rather get some comparable brass tubing and cut it to size.
I was hesitant to purchase because I wasn't sure if these would be suitable for my son's needs. It's not the most elegant cart, but it gets the job done.
With these, there is a problem. They are, first and foremost, durable. TBD on how long it will take for the screw to work its way out. My issue is that shavings have clogged several of the holes where the wire should be inserted. It can't be forced in any way. I had no choice but to use a larger size than the job required. I even placed a second order in the hopes of having better results. No luck. I'm not recommending them until they fix the problem.
