Is this part compatible with a 1968 C10? Drum brakes on the back of the vehicle. ?

It should work because I replaced the ones in my 68 Nova with universal ones.

Is it because the other side specifies where it was made, which I assume is China?

It fits, does the job, hasn't failed, and appears to be the same thickness as the OEM. It works well whether it is in China or not.

Is this compatible with 11-inch Chevy drum brakes?

No, it is not going to happen.

Can this be used on either side because I can't find one for the left rear?

This can be used on either side, not just the left or right.

A 1969 Chevelle is being restored by me. The brake bars have Made in China stamped on one side, which I don't like; they could have left the stamp off despite the fact that they are made in another country.
