Where can I get a new one if the old one can't be removed? What do I need to do to remove ?

In order to fix the mower, I drained the fuel and oil, flipped it over, and cleaned it. A cover plate hides the transmission from view while the blade is cutting. There are 4 bolts to remove it, according to my memory. Afterwards, you will need to remove the hold down bolt that keeps the cable in place. You should be able to get the rest done after you've dealt with that. Thank you for your time. I hope this was helpful.
