It's a blessing and a curse that these push-to-start vehicles have to offer! We had a problem with our 2016 Nissan Quest SV when the push to start stopped working so thank goodness we had YouTube university because a nice man showed us how to fix the issue! This switch is the same one I bought with the cruise control switch. It took my husband about 15 minutes to have them installed so, in less than 30 minutes, we were back to our busy lives!.

Nonetheless, please note that this is not a brake switch or stop lamp switch, and it will not fix the symptoms of Nissans with problems with stop lamp switches that light up the VDC/Slip/ABS lights, a brake switch would be necessary for that purpose.
