It has three wires, at least two sensors, and light and heat sensitivities, so it should work
As factory, the mirrors on my vehicle are clear, and the blinkers are much brighter than those that came with it.
It was purchased for their 2004 Escalade, according to the reviewer before me
One thing you can't tell about a power mirror is that the power isn't in the glass itself, rather, the power is in the lens holder. All it has is a

This is the one to buy! It's my mission to maintain my 2005 Silverado to the best of my ability. The worst is when I am left with low quality parts after something breaks. A heater and a convex mirror with a turn signal needed to be replaced on my passenger side. As an initial step, I tried to buy a mirror that was cheaper, but it turned out to be terrible. I decided to give this one a try. The mirror looks exactly like my original mirror, even down to the sticker on the bottom of the glass identifying it as "Muth. ". The panel looks exactly the same on the back, and the LED module looks exactly the same (you can swap it out with the existing one if you changed the LED color). Those in charge of the heated mirror leads made sure that they were sized correctly and pointed in the right Also included are all the clips that hold the wiring in place on the backing plate. A heated glass gets very hot when it is in contact with air. Compared to the original light, these LEDs are extremely bright and have an omnidirectional beam. There is no distortion in the mirror and it does not give the appearance of a fish eye. Even though I am skeptical when it comes to parts, I am certain that the Muth mirror is authentic.
It was easy to install, and the heater works effectively, as well as the LED turn signal indicator. There is just no fixing the way too bright LEDs. I have to turn on the indicator every time I want to drive, and they light up the entire interior of the car. I find myself looking away when I have to change lanes to protect my night vision, which is the exact opposite of what you want to do. The LEDs are too bright and take away functionality of the mirror glass, so I am only giving it a 3 star rating.
In my opinion, the connectors on the mirror are the main problem with this mirror. They do not fit properly on the defroster tabs, and the blinker connector does not hold properly when the mirror weight is put on top of This was discovered when, during the process of reaching for a crimping tool to hang the mirror from the connector, the mirror fell and broke. Just make sure the connector is fully connected and latched before letting it hang, the OEM will hold You need to crimp the connectors properly so the defroster tabs will make proper contact since they are not the same width as the OEM tabs.
An excellent replacement for the mirror. Despite its non-exact nature, I consider it to be much better than my original "Muth OEM" mirror. To prevent the wires from hanging, I taped them to the mirror. It is likely that the mirror will break after it is removed from its OEM enclosure. I replaced it with a new piece that fit perfectly. A bunch of oem mirror LEDs started going out, so I had to get a new one. In my opinion, the new mirror LEDs are a little brighter than the old ones, but that is not a bad thing. In general, the product thus far is of excellent quality.
I put it on the car and it killed our battery within hours. Later, I realized the negative and positive wires for the diode pack were wired backwards of how the vehicle is wired. Using a multimeter to verify the positive and negative resistance across car wires There are cables. There is a problem with the red and black wires on the mirror also, this model mirror does not come with a harness clip for the wires also, the heater plugs are located in a different location than OEM mirrors. In order to rule out the Mirror as the problem, the old mirror was put back on and all the electrical wiring was connected to the mirror as it was before, and guess what, the battery worked fine. There is no way for me to imagine that the Diode pack did not draw current from the battery because the wires from the car to the turn signal were always warm.
Moreover, it did not have the wire hold down as the original one did, so the wire in back is hanging loose. There's no one else who can tell except me, so I'll have to make The software works as good as new, so thanks.
This seems to be a genuine OEM part, and it's a good deal. GM replacements were being offered for over $400 by a dealer in the area There is a cost of over $500 for the mirror assembly and just over $400 for the glass.
In a nutshell However, on the quality side they are really good, but not quite original. In my case, I wanted my silverado to have led turn signals on the mirror to make it look better, so I tapped into the turn signal wires, and they have a great price as well.
