It will fit between the sun visors and will not interfere with them, so you should get the 8" one
In front of the mirror, it has a ball joint. Because of the factory mounting bracket I used instead of one that came with the mirror since the factory bracket was still attached to the windshield. I was very satisfied with the results.
As long as it fits properly on the Chevy Nova, it should. Hope this helps. This is universal, so you should be able to use it.
It should work with any silicone adhesive sold over the counter. If you are purchasing it for glass, ensure that the adhesive is compatible with

Rear 10" is now in my possession The mirror was installed in a Toyota Sequoia 2002 after the previous one deteriorated and the dealer replacement cost was more than $100 (as it has a Digital Compass). The installation worked fine! The rear view was taken with the "Rear View" A special epoxy is needed to mount the metal piece to the glass of the mirror.
Be aware that you will need a hex wrench to tighten the screw holding the mirror in place on the metal base plate. The Mirror can easily be installed using a 7/64 size hex key (See the picture attached)
The picture of the Mirror installed shows the old Barcket Mount from the broken mirror next to the new (Picture) ***********The mirror is easy to beat for the price and it both looks and functions well.
I highly recommend this mirror for anyone in need of a replacement. After getting it, I found that it is SIMILAR to an aftermarket mirror I had bought previously, but more advanced In the ball/socket joint there is a plastic sleeve that makes the movement more smooth In place of plastic, the mounting bracket, base, and button are made from metal. It is better to use the metal base than the plastic base, since it would flex or deform when you tightened the screw and the mirror would always fall Although it may be an exact replacement for certain original factory parts, it is hard to imagine this being an exact complement. As reported by some reviews, this model is equipped with mirrors. The quality is still far off OE - it isn't bad but it isn't what you expect it to be. Although the mirror optics aren't quite as crisp and clear (for lack of a better word). There are some rogue reflections on the surface, presumably from a nearby source It is than This is the perfect antispyware The glass in the room is glare. Additionally, the materials used - particularly the toggle lever for using day and night - feel flimsy and aren't quite up to OEM standards. However, for the price, this mirror is fine. If you are not in need of replacing it, the mirror works perfectly well. The rear-view mirror base/button must be affix to your existing mirror base/button, and you will need to purchase the included base. A store that sells auto parts might sell view mirror adhesive. As well as silicone, it will.
- Replacement mirror for a 1977 Chevy K20 that appears to be in good working order Please note the mirror DOES come with a metal mounting tie that gets bolted to the windshield. However, the silver glue needed to mount it DOES NOT come with In my experience, the plastic mounting tanks for the glue feels cheap and is not as durable as the metallic ones, so I purchased the glue kit with the two PLASTIC tangs in it.
The mirror is mounted on a metal plate, over which you slide the mirror's base over. In my Mazda 3, the plate was fine but only the mirror was broken the replacement plate fit perfectly over the broken one. It would be necessary for you to glue the plate (glue not included) to your windshield if you don't have an existing plate. Be sure the base does not slide out of the hex screw by tightening it. Despite its slightly larger size, the mirror actually does not interfere with the sun visors as it will only be 254mm (10in) larger than the existing mirror. (Made in the USA) and is much cheaper than an OEM equivalent (probably better since the original part failed.
This is a more vibrating product I can't turn off the dimmers with the flippers. No, thank you. After I learned how to remove the old mount from my 06 Nissan Sentra, this attachment fit right in (once I knew how to do it). Unlike most, this one is secured with a phillips screw instead of a spring catch, which is a positive if it is ever necessary to remove it A really nice feature of the replacement is that it has a narrower depth than the original, and it lacks the positive clunk that the OEM has, as well as an increased magnifying compared to The future will reveal itself when the time comes. There isn't much you can complain about at this price. There is a feeling of cheapness. This is an inexpensive item. It vibrates now (stay at home order here), so I got to test drive it. The vibration is not as bad as motorcycle mirror level, but certainly greater than OEM level. It also does the adjustment thing where you have to over torque it so you can let it 'spring back' to find a field of view that works for you. Furthermore, it doesn't grab smoothly either. The surface is made of plastic that slips and grabs. OEMs do this too, but not nearly so much as OEMs do it. OEMs feel like they do it because it is more tightly fitted. There is a really really cheap feeling when you look at it. Instead of being evenly switched to dimmed view, the dimming switch is unevenly switched to bright appears the mechanism is made from plastic, where as the original had some plastic parts, but the tilting insert was made from metal and satisfied the need from a positive perspective.
This cheap replacement leaves the screen at 3/4 dark, 1/4 light. If you have a narrow mirror, this means quite a lot, especially if you need to flip it because there is someone driving a big truck in front of you. *This feature, on the other hand, This is barely acceptable as a temporary shack. The product isn't good. OEM would have been far better. The fact is that I am currently purchasing one. It's true, OEM costs 5 times more than this, but at least the OEM's quality is better.
I didn't like the way the mirror didn't cover the stock mirror all the way in order to let the front-view mirror do its job. It must be possible to see the camera clearly. The next thing I thought about was to find a smaller mirror, and presto! I really like how this CIPA fits the bit! Measuring things first and getting it as soon as I knew it would fit was the right approach. I was able to mount the mirror onto the existing mount once I removed the old one.
The mounting kit does not fit my car as it stated it would . I have the original mounting kit It would have to be removed from mine and the mounting would have to be installed with store bought adhesive. This ball joint cannot be removed from the ball joint, nor can it be slid into the existing mounting system.
