There is a video on youtube that I found
According to what I've seen, the sunroofs on the Trailblazers, Envoys, Rainiers, and all of the other GM versions of this truck are all identical.

It's actually a lot easier than I thought. Here is a very important piece of information Make sure the orange alignment marks, idk what they are called, on the white fuzzy gears, are lined up where they hit the gears when you reinstall your sunshade motor. It is because I did not know what they were there for. In trying to take the sunroof in for a tighter fit, I failed to realize they were there. While I had to order more, it worked great up until I let my perfectionist side get the best of me. The sunroof needs to be calibrated Remove the screws for the glass and open the sunroof, release the button, and hold it open once the glass is installed. Approximately 10 minutes after 10 If the glass needs to be adjusted and the screws tightened, you can do so.
Then and now I am looking for some video tutorials that I can use on YouTube that will help me with this. It is a big job, and requires some specialized tools, but the quality is there.
I had a little bit of trimming to do to the new parts, but they were OEM parts, and some custom fitting was needed Nubs needed to be trimmed off of small plastic pieces).
There may be some Saab 9-based vehicles The job is doable for 7x owners who may be reading this. Working alone, it normally takes me about 6 hours, but I did not have any trouble. Saabs are a bit different in the style of the trim. It will take some more time to remove the screws. As I did it, I did it as follows The visors and supports were removed, the hand grips and hanger supports were removed, the a pillars and b pillars were removed, and the rear window trim was removed. A light console from the overhead was removed. In order to find the two screws, it is necessary to remove the light covers from the map light. You can then seperate the velcro in the headliner by using a long prybar or a trim tool. Then I removed the bolts holding the sunroof assembly in-place and lowered it on to a box on top of Removing the assembly through the rear hatch is the first step in repairing it. It is my hope that this will help in some small way.
This is nothing but a waste of time if you don’t know what you're A Chevrolet dealer called me and I called him for a price quote My insurance company wanted to charge me $150 for just a diagnostic. I told them no. I found a YouTube video about removing and replacing the tires on my car. My 2007 Chevy TrailBlazer 4x4 has a leaky sunroof, so I'm replacing it. After watching the video a second time, I gotta tell you things The process has to be repeated Within a few days, I had my sunroof replaced with no problems. It is imperative that you take care when using the arms that have been given to you so as not to cross thread them. Power tools were used, and I made the mistake of using them. The fit is good and the colors are vibrant To this day, I still enjoy using my sunroof!.
This kit includes everything I need to fix my GM360 sunroof, but it does take some time to install. It's great the new rivets are in it, but you'll need to borrow a river gun if you do not own one. Remember to reseal the ends of the sunroof tracks in case of rain so the roof doesn't leak.
The kit worked as described but I had trouble understanding the vague poorly written instructions included with the kit. I spent some time looking for a YouTube video of the install which wasn't clear and also found a tech write-up on a forum to make sure I understood what the kit said.
A great product. I worked with 2000 Blazers for several years.
