Hello, yes, we can do that, but could you please provide us with your Order ID so that we can locate you and provide installation instructions?
Possibly. I'll have to look it up and see if it's listed as appropriate. Kit isn't too expensive, so it's worth a shot versus a new OEM assembly, which is ridiculously expensive.

My F140 is a 2013 model, and the sunroof, like everyone else's, has broken. On YouTube, there's an 80-minute video that literally walks you through each step. You just saved $2000 by pairing that video with these parts. br>br>I was a little nervous ordering these parts because they were so cheap, but everything fit perfectly and there was no need to buy the more expensive ones! If you need to add tools to your order, you'll need the following tools to complete the task: br>br> a socket and extension set: The following sizes are used: 7mm, 8mm, and 13mm. A T20 and T50 torx head were also used. A rivet gun capable of 4mm rivets is also required. You'll also need a flathead and Phillips screwdriver, which I assume you already have. Plan on working for about 8 hours!.
The product is functional, but it requires a significant amount of tweaking. The process of getting it to work on my 2010 Ford F150 fx4 was difficult. To make it move, I first had to sand down the slides on four of the six pieces. They're a tad too thick when you get them. So save your grease until you've mastered the art of sliding them back and forth smoothly. Next, because the wire arm does not stay in the slot, a black zip tie is used to keep it from falling out. br>br>Even though these parts go in and work one way, there are no identification marks to tell you which way is left or right, so March up the new ones before removing the old ones. It took a long time for me to get it right, so it was an oversight on my part. br>br>I did have to purchase a rivet gun ($20 at the auto store) and a t50 bit, which was also inexpensive (auto store). br>br>Overall, the lot world was the same as before, with the exception of the added time of modification and noting the side for each. br>br>Congratulations on your new job!.
I was worried that this repair kit would be cheap, but it was of the same high quality as OEM and was the same price as the local shop's $160 repair kit.
The personal install is not necessarily an "easy task" but it is 100% worth doing yourself to save $1000. br>I recommend grabbing an extra bag of grease before beginning the job to ensure that the rails are well lubricated. It's just the right amount of grease. br>br>On my 2014 F-150, I used this kit. Raptor (number 150):.
In a 2005 Ford F150 crew cab, I completed the task. To get the sunroof out the back door, I took out the drivers seat, dropped the headliner, and pushed it as far as I could. It was a bit of a challenge, but it paid off. Simply ensure that the sunroof is fully closed before installing the motor, and then cycle the motor a few times to ensure that it is fully closed before bolting it back on. When the motor is fully open and fully closed, it will stop. I recommend testing it out before installing the headliner.
It arrived quickly and was reasonably priced. br>The parts appear to be in good condition and were easily installed. br>Only time will tell how well it holds up, but if anything changes, I'll update my review.
It was the perfect fit. Until you work in the provided lubricant, it'll be a little tight. Lay out the removed pieces carefully to aid in the alignment of the new parts.
I would go to the dealer for replacement moonroof parts if the truck were newer, but it isn't, and I don't use the moonroof very often. These replacement parts fit perfectly, and the moonroof has been working flawlessly so far.
My sun roof motor was completely destroyed by this product. It isn't a proper fit for the slides. My sun roof was functional for a few days before the motor failed. I'm an electrical engineer who works as a mechanic. For a living, I operate a $2 million machine. I spent two days making sure I installed the kit properly only to find myself in an even worse situation. Not to mention that I'll have to dismantle my truck all over again if I want a refund. On top of everything else, I'm very upset about having to miss two days of work.
