Increasing the tightness of the swivel is necessary

The swivel is too loose, so the fixture doesn't look good. I have 2 of them on my semi and I have to adjust them all the time. It will swing them out of the way if they resist the wind. They will also be thrown out of adjustment if you slam the door on them.
