You can use the small rear door if it's the right size. The wheels I purchased for my 2017 Ram quad cab express are these. When you have the crew cab (bigger back door), you will have to refine your search in order to find another vehicle.
The drilling must not be done if it is a 1500 Express or Tradesman.
It is not possible to adjust the bars.
There is no need to drill holes on the truck as they are already there. Although, I recommend that you use a screw gun to screw on the bolts and use the right bolt bit to do it, since it makes your life much

3.
2) Both secondary holes in the bottom had threaded nuts. It should have been open on the left side, as per the instructions. In this situation, I would either need to remove one of the threaded nuts or use a smaller threaded option instead of installing the mount with the bottom nut. The third part. 1) The bars were out of the package with obvious dents and scrapes. The fourth paragraph. a) The metal's quality was poor, and it would scratch easily and would dent The conclusion I came to was to spend a little more and find a bar of higher quality elsewhere. The bars installed in my house are shown in the attached photos. The view from a distance is good.
The aluminum I-beam was my choice, but this one is a decent deal for the price A chrome finish that is not rusty will help avoid a future problem. However, there was a problem with The back of the rocker panel is attached to the board and not to In response to answers on Amazon about mounting these to the frame, I purchased these instead of the originals. BUT I BELIEVE. As well as these, there are panels on the back of the rocker panels. The frame is not the problem. The following is the on-line version of 2009 In 2011 Dodges, the pinch well will need to be drilled to accommodate the bracket support. 2009 is the year I bought it. It will be apparent from the included pictures that the big black thing at the right is the truck's frame. There's no mounting location for the brackets there. I have included some photos of my pickup truck on the left side of the picture as well (my pickup is silver). Those silver panels are the rocker and side panel backs There is a mounting point for the bracket. We are deducting three stars from this review because of the fuzzy mounting information. They look pretty good for the price, so you can give them 2 stars.
Seeing as how I can tell, the package came well-packed with all of the necessary hardware. It seemed like the boards were a little light in weight, but they seemed fairly sturdy, so I went ahead. You can see from the attached picture that I have attempted to install it. My bracket for the first round is fine. I found the directions to be not bad at all. It doesn't fit on the center bracket, which is the problem. It is located behind the pre-existing building There are only a few small holes in the frame to allow the backing plate to be used. Furthermore, there is no need to drill to fit the bracket since it comes with holes already in it! The board did not seem sturdy enough if it did not have the center bracket in place. I suppose there is some way to modify the bracket to make it work, but it is not really worth the effort. Several feet of room appeared to be available at the rear.
When you don't have a lot of money, but still want running boards, these things are great. A portion of the rocker panel mounts broke on my 2009 Ram 1500 as well as the mounting brackets for the running boards. The running boards fell off because of these problems. To mount these boards properly, I used threaded reinforcement plates in the rocker panels. As of now, I have driven through mud, rain, and snow, and I am impressed with how well they have held It seems like, at first, drilling holes in pinch welds would be daunting, but I found that it was not hard to do once I had a good drill bit (this might just be for the 2009 Ram On the whole, I think that these boards are a great value.
We were satisfied with the hardware and the instructions. There is no explanation as to why the coating scratches so easily. As I look back on it now, I should have coated it with spray clear coat or something You may also wish to leave the plastic on until the installation is complete. To remove the plastic, simply cut holes for the bolts and then carefully cut them out. You must ONLY step on the pavers, do not step on the chrome. This is a bummer, but it appears to be good for now, so I will not return to this store. In order to find something more durable, I recommend continuing your search. It also had a small dent right after it came out of the box, as others mentioned.
I'm giving it three stars since I had to take the extra nut, washer, and lock washer to Lowe's to complete my installation. I spent time installing this car, and the only complaint I have is why don't they have support brackets all around like the one on the driver's side? The rest of the items appear to be decent quality, and they look great.
It's hard to believe you are getting anything more than what you paid for when it's $150! Seriously, they say you get what you pay for. But, in this case, you're getting a whole lot more than you paid Despite the weight and the heavy construction of the mounting brackets, the bars themselves are of great quality. In terms of hardware, everything you need is present.
There is, however, one thing to keep in mind It stipulates that the 09- is to be used Models 10 and 11 need to have the rocker seam drilled through so that the small bracket can be installed in front of the driver. However, my Ram 1500 Quad Cab is a 2012, and neither its trim level nor its tire size matches that of my 2010 Instructions seem to specify that every hole must be drilled between 2011 and 2014 Since the 2015 Rams should have this smaller bracket, I haven't yet installed it because it requires drilling two holes in my driveway that I'm not confident drilling. The only other nit I have is However, this is only a minor issue In my opinion, there could be some improvements in the graphics compared to the text in the instructions. There's maybe a reason for it, but I spent my career in marketing and graphic design, so I believe the graphical layout of the directions could be improved. In spite of those small issues, I think this is an excellent product for a great price. I'll attempt to confirm if I run into corrosion/rust in the future.
