It will overheat, flicker, and eventually burn out if it does not fit. The T10 led is the one to get; this item is only good for backup reverse lights.
Yes, it can only be used for backup reverse lights; please do not use it for anything else.
I'm not sure if they'll fit into your vehicle. My RV's lights were made from them. They actually put in the effort. a lot more lighting

These bulbs are very bright, and the quality is excellent, but I am unable to give them 5 stars because the color of the pair I received does not match. The colors are slightly off, as you can see in the photos I've provided. The color of one LED appears to be 6000k, while the color of the other appears to be 5000k. These were put on a 2005 Acura TL with a six-speed manual transmission. I switched sides to see if there was a wire issue, but the results were the same on both sides.
Each one only shines for a few seconds at a time. One works at times and the other at other times. At the moment, only one person is employed. Yes, I've taken them out and flipped them around, but nothing has changed because they only work one way. I've double-checked the size and cleaned the contacts, but they all keep stopping and starting after a while; it's a new truck, so I believe the problem is with the leds. Could a replacement set be obtained as soon as possible? br>br>If anything changes, I'll update my review. br>br>Thank you,br>Robertbr>br>UPDATE: br>We received our replacements right away, and they've been working perfectly! Thank you for your excellent customer service!.
I used the first bulb to replace the cab mounted brake light that had burned out, despite the fact that these bulbs are specifically marketed as "back up" bulbs. Because the Rayhoo bulb appears to have a built-in diode bridge, polarity was not an issue during installation. The bulb can be mounted in either direction and will function similarly to an incandescent bulb. Much brighter than the incandescent, and the ECU on the truck accepted it as an adequate replacement, erasing the dash panel error light. Because the bulbs come in pairs, I also replaced one of the incandescent bed lights that was mounted in the same fixture as the brake light, and the lighting is now much brighter. I haven't tested these bulbs in their intended application as backup lights, but I am confident that they will perform admirably. I'm thinking of ordering a second pair to replace the backup lights because they produce significantly more light. I give it a big thumbs up!.
On a 2014 Ram 1500, one of the brake lights went out in the third brake light. On these trucks, the seal around the third brake light is a major source of leaks (google for a video of someone using Home Depot weatherstrip in the door department instead of the gasket, it works great!). Anyway, I didn't want to keep removing this light because of the gasket, so I figured LEDs would be a good option because they last almost indefinitely. The third brake light consists of three bulbs. The brake lights are two on each side, and the reverse light is one in the middle; the bulbs are all the same. I completed all three bulbs (each consisting of two packs of two bulbs). My dash light had been indicating that one of my brakes had failed. The indicator went away after the replacement, and there were no codes or issues, and the lights were nice and bright.
It was great and bright when it worked properly, so two stars are justified. However, given that they've only been installed for less than a year, I'd expect them to last longer. They're now constantly flickering, despite the fact that I've had LEDs on my other vehicle for over three years and have never had a problem. It's a pity, because LEDs should last much longer than traditional bulbs.
These were used for the LED strip in my 2013 Honda Accord Sport; note that these are only the strips, not the headlight bulbs or fog lights.
They are extremely bright, but after a short period of use, they began to flicker. This happens to me with every brand of LED"S I purchase. I assumed it was a heating problem, which it is. Because they aren't on 24 hours a day, it's probably best to use them only for reverse lights. These, on the other hand, lasted slightly longer than the other LEDs I've tried.
I have a 2015 Honda Accord Sport, and I've had them on for a little over a month, and they're fantastic! There were no problems with the shipping. I couldn't wait to put them on when I got home, but they're a pain in the neck to put on. It was my first time changing any of the car's lights. I had no trouble finding the factory bulb, but getting my hands into the housing to twist and pull it was a pain. I started with the driver's side because it was easier; aside from that, I was able to get them on in under an hour. You should buy them if your accord is the same year, make, and model as mine.
