Yes, I believe it will work.
Yes, pull it out with a clean cloth so oil from your fingers doesn't get on it, and replace it with a new one by pushing it back in.
No idea. Is the cargo light equipped with a specific type of bulb? This is a 3157, by the way.
Hello,br>Thank you for your inquiry; yes, these 3157 led bulbs will work with your tail lights.

Around a year ago, I purchased some JDM Astar leds. These were on display, and the specifications stated that they produced 1400 lumens. I thought I'd give them a shot. I should've bought these from the start. Other backup led bulbs are a waste of time. These are incredible in their brilliance. As seen in the illustration. The Auxito bulb is on the left, while the JDM Astar bulb is on the right.
Because they were so bright, I was really hoping they'd work. One of the two had a flickering light that would turn off and on. I double-checked that it was properly installed (checking polarity and spreading the pins out a little to ensure good electrical contact). It was extremely bright when it was turned on - Much brighter than incandescent bulbs, but after a couple of failed attempts to get them to work, I had to return them. Update. br>br> Auxito customer service contacted me and provided free replacements. They even included load resistors in the harness adapters. They were unnecessary for me. They're very bright and pleasant to look at. This is a big improvement over the stock halogen bulbs. When backing up in the dark, it's as if you're using flashlights.
These fit and function perfectly in my 1997 Chevrolet C1500. The bulbs are securely seated in the sockets and function normally; however, the sockets should be cleaned and a dielectric grease applied to protect the connection from moisture. This is the Permatex grease I used: Only one is still operational after three years, and the other is dim. br>Review from the start: br>The bulbs in my truck were most likely the originals, and even though they were lit, I couldn't see much behind me in reverse. That situation was greatly improved by the LED bulbs.
These are fantastic; I'm glad I upgraded; take a look at the difference in brightness. It does a lot more than my OEM ones in terms of illumination. To get a true sense of how much brighter they are, I took a photo after just replacing one of these. The new can be seen on the left, while the old can be seen on the right. So much more cheerful. We'll have to wait and see how long these last.
At first, I gave it a one-star rating because only one bulb was illuminated. This seller contacted me after I left a review and went above and beyond to assist me. I immediately sent a replacement order and stated that the first order's return was unnecessary. If I was still unhappy, an offer was made to refund my money and keep the second order. The second-order lights were fantastic, extremely bright, and made everyone very happy. I have to back out of a long driveway in the country at night, and it's almost as if I have headlights. Excellent product with even better customer service; I highly recommend it! My 2011 Jeep Liberty has benefited greatly from this addition.
I'd tried the Philips bulbs before and found them to be very disappointing. After reading other reviews on this bulb, I decided to take a chance and use it in my reverse lights, and I'm so glad I did. br>br>These bulbs completely illuminate the road behind my car, eliminating the shadows that can be seen in my photos. I'm tempted to put them in different spots on my car and see what happens. Instead of wasting time with inferior bulbs, try this one.
Even with the best Sylvania headlights, my car's headlights don't appear to be very bright, making turning a bit difficult visibility-wise. Fortunately, the Grand Marquis has cornering lights for when the turn signal is turned on and the headlights are turned on. This helps a little, but this was the ideal situation to take advantage of an LED bulb's increased brightness, and since the reverse lights use the same bulb, I decided to upgrade them as well. I looked at other LED bulbs and these appear to have the best reviews and appear to have a higher quality design and better 360 coverage than others, including the Sylvania LED 3156/7 bulbs, which appeared to be the cheapest. My car requires 3156 bulbs because they are single filament, but these are 3157 bulbs, which means they can replace dual filament bulbs but still fit and work the same in a single filament socket and are significantly brighter than the stock bulbs, and possibly even brighter if my car were wired for dual filament bulbs. Regardless, I don't see any chips that aren't lit, so even though it's a single filament socket, it still produces a lot of light and provides 360-degree floodlight coverage. They're actually brighter than my headlights, so I'm thinking about replacing them with LEDs as well. If these bulbs last as long as incandescent bulbs, I'd say they're well worth the extra money because you get so much more performance from them than you would from a dull yellow incandescent bulb.
I didn't have high expectations, but after reading the reviews and considering the price, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try them. Installed in less than 5 minutes, put my truck in reverse, and it's as if I'm driving forward with my headlights on. These are incredible lights. I'm in ecstasy right now. My only wish now is that Auxito would like me to try out and review more of their lights! It would be a dream come true to be able to do something like that. I can't say enough good things about these. I put them in last night and will update if anything changes, but for now, I'm very happy. Must buy.
