My car already has grab handles above the dash, but some people still need to reach above their heads to get into it, so this will allow them to do so more easily. Velcro is very strong, so these should be able to stand up to regular use. When I remove the top, I am planning on putting the other 2 near the back roll bar area, so when I get in the back to lift myself up, I will have something to help hoist myself up!.

It has been decided that I will use them until I can no longer. Because they are so cheap, I should be able to get something out of them before they fail. I had to cut the excess of because there was so much of it. (Better than being too short) I ended up cutting the excess of. While I did try to lighten the ends so they didn't fray, I'm not sure how it will hold up. For now, they will work, if I remember to do so, however I will update when they give out with a different brand. When they finally fall apart, I will spend the extra money and get a different brand.

I recently installed these grab handles in my Jeep so my wife can more easily get into the vehicle. As soon as the kids try to climb into the rear seat, they can easily do so. These are very easy to install with velco and have a strong grip. Getting in and out of the front and rear seats is now much easier. This is a must-have! I highly recommend it!.

Holding the handle while lifting into the vehicle may cause your hand to hit the handle. A displacement of about 6 inches forward would be much more desirable. I am unsure whether it will be able to be done.

In spite of the fact that I own the 2 door Wrangler TJ Sport, I wanted the 4 door set so my two teenagers could use the grab handles when off-roading, and also when climbing into the Jeep from the side with the top It is easier to enter that way instead of trying to squeeze behind the seat in front. My Jeep is much better with this addition.
