What are the differences between a fleetside and this item? It says both and there is a big difference between them?

Chevrolet did not build a step-up model Located side by side with I'm very happy with this pan as it fits my 2010 Colorado with flat sides perfectly.

Can this be used with the ?

I don't even think it will fit 2004 in the way it should be. This is the sort that gives a full 1/2 inch on both sides, so I don't recommend it for anything.

It's easy to install, and it fits nicely. I really like how it turned out! The only thing I would add would be self-tappers, the ones from the kit were too difficult to put in.
