Prepare your template by drilling two holes, marking your holes and drilling two more. It should take about five minutes. To install, take one step at a time.
The website indicates it's a specific part for the Ford F series truck, and I As it was installed directly to the channel under my truck, a F250, it would not be the same as a Dodge floor pan.
Thanks for asking! *br> *br>Thank you very much! There is no direct fit for your vehicle in this step. For the step to fit properly, additional modifications, such as drilling and/or welding, will need to be made on top of the hardware it comes with. There is a mounting point on the vehicle you inquired about that requires this- In order for the step to fit incorrectly with its brackets, it would not have enough clearance. Thanks a lot!
Thank you for your interest in our product! The steps are mounted underneath bottom of the door on the aluminum frame, there wouldn't be space to fit these if the truck already has running boards installed. Please let me know if this information was helpful. Thanks a lot!

I have seen a similar product (step) but the bolts are cheap imports that snap off once I applied Second, there is this It is not possible to fit the screw into the second inner hole, which is intended for use by the supplied In addition, I would recommend buying lock washers -
1) I would recommend replacing the bolts at a hardware store/
2) I would also recommend purchasing bolts. It does not come with flat washers/
3) The hole needs to be drilled out with a 1/4" bit so the screw can be inserted
4) There is no information about where to install it. See if you can find ideas on YouTube.
I mounted it on my Kubota RTV 1100, which has a high ground clearance, making it hard to access- It is 5 inches in length. By using these steps, I was able to shave six minutes off my time. Adding 5 inches to that would be perfect I can do this now at the age of 74 much more easily! A very sturdy construction. Modifications I made to the installation were Rather than following instructions at first, throw them away & By "common sense", instead of using the sheet metal screws that came with the smaller holes, I enlarged them to be the same size as the larger holes and drilled them as they are. As an alternative, 5/16" bolts were used Four bolts were used for each step, so they were extremely As a result of enlarging and enlarging the two holes, I used the corresponding flat washers on the floor pan side I am flat and I am ready to move A lock washer and a lock You should lock and unlock the threads The bolts should each be fitted with jam nuts - A floor board should not come off unless the step breaks or the floor board falls through. A set for my tractor and one for my lawn mower would be helpful to me Having one spare was a comfort, but I found out the price had increased from $41 (which I paid) to $72, a 75% increase in less than 3 weeks. It will take me some time to find something else to do. Some reviews also mention cheap hardware and I was not affected by this, but I did not overpay Ensure nut and bolt torque is correct Several screws have been replaced and nut & bolts have been tightened I stated earlier that washers are used. I am generally very happy with this purchase. The only way to know whether they will last is to wait and see. I would buy this item again if the price is right, but I cannot understand such a fast, steep price hike?.
a bit sketchy to stand on though as they flex a lot and the truck rocker panels flex at the same time as well. It's not the best design for holding weight. If I'm being honest, I think they are more for looks.
My biggest complaint is the cheap way in which they were installed. As a result, I couldn't even screw in the support screws because the heads were stripped Due to the poor quality of the screws provided, this is to be expected. It seems as if they provided aluminum screws, which is A screw made of aluminum wouldn't be strong enough in this instance. Those screws would probably be easy for me to cut with a spoon. Getting the actual hardware at the hardware store didn't solve the issue of the pedals' poor weight distribution, so I went to the local hardware store to obtain it. It is a 3 star product due to the fact that it performs very well with its looks, and although it is sketchy to stand on or use, it is able to Although I would not be surprised if my rocker panels were torn off one day. Nevertheless, I bought them at $40 a pop, so they are worth the purchase. I would not pay $80 per pop for that!.
If using aluminum, make sure to use zinc washers, and if using stainless steel, isolate them with rubber washers In comparison to other brands, the plate that goes on top is an excellent feature. As advertised, there are two in a box, not one. I think the deal is great and the quality is excellent. Your kind words mean a lot to me.
Although we live on a working cattle ranch with some pretty bad roads to access the truck, I did not want running boards to be installed on it. What I need these for are perfect for their use and they look great too! Specifically, I would like to clarify that it says there is only one set that you are purchasing, but there is actually a set in each one, so I only had The description of the box did not say that there was a set of four in a box when I made my order.
Then I mounted them on my high-speed computer This Vanagon is slung low to make the ride easier for older riders. I am getting older, so I am like them. Due to the stepwell's slanting underneath, I had to weld on some spacers and paint it to make it look solid, but in the end it worked out well.
I added these to my dad's truck myself underneath the flat step bar that was already there. His 87 years have left him unable to bend any of his legs. I am delighted with how it turned out. It is a light and durable product, even though it is light and portable.
