Questions & Answers
The Wing on your 2013 model isn't the same, so this isn't compatible. Thank you for contacting PERRIN Performance and for deciding to work with us.
If you have the same wing as when you were born, you should be fine.
The majority of the aero parts for this platform are purely cosmetic. There's stuff like front splitters, real diffusers, and functional wings on the market. Verus Engineering and Voltex are two companies worth looking into. I got these because I like the look of them, but I'm switching to a duckbill.
Because this product mounts directly to the factory wing mount, I would assume it will not fit if your car does not have one. It's essentially a spacer that sits between the factory wing mount and the factory wing.

I have the Silver Performance Package (2020 BRZ). (This Perrin riser kit is compatible with 2017 and newer Perrin models. ) First and foremost, I'm ecstatic that it was such a great product at such a reasonable price ($75) when compared to the paint-matched risers made by Drambeenie, which give you roughly the same lift height but cost $300. Seriously, you'd be better off spending $300 on a real wing, especially since the installation necessitates opening the trunk and removing the entire assembly. Nah! That's not a problem for me! br>Included in the box were two risers (one on the left and one on the right), a hardware bag, and thread sealer. The risers are about an inch and a half tall and fit over the stock mounts like a glove. In total, you're looking at a 4-star rating. They are black with a small Perrin logo, so they appear to be part of the upper assembly and not just a riser, and they look so much better and more aggressive after installation. If anything, people are going to assume it's a Perrin wing. br>A few pointers: you won't need the four bolts once you've removed them. You'll replace them with the longer bolts provided, which will fit through both the riser and the stock base when screwed into the original holes where the stock screws were removed. This installation took ten minutes because I needed a friend to hold the wing down while I tightened the bolts. I hope this has been of assistance. The product is fantastic!.
The OEM wing gains about an inch and a half in height thanks to the riser. I like that I can make the wing look more aggressive for under $70 instead of spending over $300 on an actual aftermarket wing. For the time being, it's calming my desire to spend more money on a larger wing. Because the OEM wing is not balanced properly, it can fall if you aren't careful while resting on the risers before attaching it, I had another set of hands assist me in holding the wing in place while I attached the hardware.
Installing it was a breeze. I'm very pleased with how this enhances the appearance of my vehicle. It came with clear instructions and was simple to put together. My only wish is for these to be available in a variety of heights and with the ability to adjust the angle of the wings.
