The local oil change company made my car unstartable in order to get me back in for further service however, after he took his car to the shop, he found out that racoons had eaten the fuel line and his car was just spewing gas in As such, I bought these to replace the missing or damaged sections, and I am very pleased with the results. A piece of marine heat shrink tube was added, and I was surprised that the adhesive wouldn't stick to it. Then again, maybe I simply failed to clean it properly. If it's not positioned correctly, rubber hose tends to kink. Rubber hose is extremely flexible but also easy to route. We found it to be a plus that the connectors were included in the bag. The windshield washers on my old car got some use after not being used for a long time.

I just cut out the section that had the hole, and then used pieces of hose with connectors to replace it without having to remove the whole line. I found it to be very simple.
