What is the compatibility of this with the Dana 70 on a 2001 Dodge Cummins?

I have a 04 1500 with a 9. This fits. There is no way to tell whether Dana 70 and Chrysler 9 are the same. There are 25 ways that a yoke can differ in size from another.

What if the flange of the sleeve sits flush on the yoke, is it still necessary to remove it or can it be left in place?

A typical procedure is to drive it all the way up the yoke till it reaches the dust shield and can be left there.

Are these pinion seals compatible with OEM pinion seals?

This should be done, in my opinion
